Hi Charles..I am trying to anewsr your question .There is a link between Monthly Search and Competition for keywords that is represented by Google Adwords. If you search for Red Race Cars and if it show you Medium in competition and 25000 in Monthly search that meansFor this keyqword there is average monthly search is 25000 but it doesn\'t mean that every month this keywords hits the google search for 25000 times. This average is based on 12 month hits collection.Low/Medium/High denotes the competition for this keyword. Choose any High competition keyword and search it in google you will see that first 10-20 result are from High Rank Sites and their article is highly optimized for that keyword so you will face a tight competition for that keyword (if you write an article using that keyword).Best guideline is use keywords which is having Low competition and reasonable monthly search count (let 1000 count per month). As competition is low for that keyword so chance of getting ranked in first page will be high. -Wz4VNiub

Great food, I go to Hemo's everyday because of the reliable service, the friendliness of the proprietor, and the excellent Hemo sauce. It's just as good as the one on 37th and Spruce, without the long lines. -Ben Franklin
